1. Overview

Elegant Interior provides two Android applications (the “Apps”) for internal use by its employees and office staff. These Apps are designed to streamline project management, inventory control, employee management, and monitoring of work progress.

2. Description of the Apps

App 1: This app is intended exclusively for Elegant Interior employees. It includes features for project management, inventory management, order placement, employee management, meeting management, live employee tracking, and an attendance system.

App 2: This app is intended for office use, focusing on tracking employee work progress and monitoring project work progress.

3. Usage Restrictions
App 1 is restricted to registered employees of Elegant Interior. Unauthorized access, sharing of login credentials, or use by anyone not employed by Elegant Interior is strictly prohibited.

App 2 is restricted to authorized office staff of Elegant Interior. Unauthorized access or use by anyone outside of the authorized personnel is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Both Apps collect and store data related to project management, employee activities, and work progress. This data is used exclusively for internal operations and to enhance the efficiency of project and employee management within the company. Elegant Interior is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all collected data.

5. Employee Obligations

Employees using App 1 must:

Accurately record attendance and other activities as required.
Use the live tracking feature responsibly, ensuring it reflects actual work locations.
Report any issues with the App immediately to the IT department.
Office staff using App 2 must:

Ensure accurate tracking of employee work progress and project updates.
Report any discrepancies or issues with the data to the concerned department.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elegant Interior is not liable for any misuse of the Apps or the data contained within them. Any unauthorized access or misuse will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

7. Updates to the Terms & Conditions

Elegant Interior reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Employees and office staff will be notified of any significant changes.
